RSA Course Content
- The context of responsible service of alcohol in NSW
- The legislative framework for the responsible service of alcohol
- Alcohol Guidelines for low-risk drinking
- Strategies to prevent intoxication and under-age drinking
RSA Course Entry requirements.
- Must be at least 16 years old (Certificate only valid at 18yrs old)
- A reasonable understanding of English
RSA Course Outcome.
Following your successful completion of the RSA course you will receive :
- Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGR NSW) RSA Certificate
- Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment
- NSW RSA Competency Card (will be mailed by OLGR)

RCG Course
The Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) Course is mandatory in NSW to find a job where gambling is offered.
Course Duration: One day course
