RSA Course Introduction and Outline

There are over 14000 licensed venues including: bars, pubs, clubs, and restaurants in NSW employing full and part time staff. It is required by law, for these people to have completed an approved RSA training course. The aim of this training program is to provide candidates with the knowledge and understanding required to act responsibly when selling, supplying or promoting alcohol in relation to their responsibilities, workplace duties, the law and customer service and safety.
